Unfortunately, I am a cold-hearted, pragmatic businessman, and options for this campaign are based on popularity and sales from some prior projects. It’s inevitable we’ll miss some people’s favorites.
I’ll shove requests in my back pocket if we run out of stretch goals. But, if you want to get a little heavier-handed, we have some custom pin tiers to guarantee I make something you like.
CUSTOM COLOR TIER lets you make a brand new colorway for an existing C3 pin and get 5.

Do you ship to the UK?
Due to government red tape, regular customer issues, and high costs, I do not ship to the UK, and I don’t work with middleman companies.
KEN’S PIN HUSTLE doesn’t offer refunds, replacements, or customer support for orders that are lost or held by third party courier companies circumventing our country blacklist.

Do you offer refunds on pledges after my card has been charged?
No. The nature of a crowdfunding project means you aren’t just buying a product: you’re funding the production, labor, and material costs that go into making it. By pledging, you’re committing your part to a greater pot of money. Legally, technically, the rewards are just a “bonus.”
If one person decides to pull out of a pledge, it’s annoying. If as few as three or four do, that’s about fifteen packages that need to be shipped out of pocket. If thirty backers cancel, there goes my freight shipping costs to get pins from China to here.
I do not offer refunds for pledges, addons, or shipping costs after a campaign closes.

I don’t offer full pledges or campaign pricing on items anymore if surveys don’t get done in a 3-month window. Wait for stuff to go up on the KEN’S PIN HUSTLE retail site.
Pledges over $150 that are not paid within the survey window are considered void, cancelled after that time, and will be reported to BackerKit trust and safety.

Your campaign goal is pretty high compared to other enamel pin projects. What gives?
KEN’S PIN HUSTLE campaigns account for production, freight, tariffs, packaging, and labor costs involved with producing the shiny little shits shown in the campaign.
I factor in labor hours for both myself, and often, for community members who I pay to learn the ropes and help me get your pins to you.

Are you doing commissions, badges, or any other custom artwork through this campaign?
Unfortunately, no. At this time I’m not able to offer artwork commissions without compromising the quality of my retail and contract work.
If you’d like something special from me, check our C3’s custom pin tiers. There’s custom colors, sponsors (add an animal to the campaign), and a couple of fully custom personal pin slots.

I didn't get charged shipping on my survey. Is that a mistake?
We’re holding off charging shipping until pins arrive. Conditions around international trade are ever-changing right now, and we aren’t confident saying exactly what things will cost this spring.
You will get a second charge - and an ample warning - before we collect shipping costs.

I can't find the gold Early Bird Rooster, gold Night Owl Owl, or silver Loyal Akita pin in my 1.5" choices. Is this a mistake?
Unfortunately, these 3 pins are campaign exclusive. There is no way to purchase these pins unless you were in the first 75 backer segment, or you are a returning backer who pledged during the funding period.
You can buy a red Rooster, blue Owl, and black pinto Loyal Akita through the campaign, in the standard antique gold C3 colors.
B-grade special pins might show up in KPH mystery packs, or as singles at in-person sales events later. Keep an eye out!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
We're looking to have pins shipped by late Spring or early Summer 2026. However, world trade circumstances continue to change. Tariffs, shipping costs, and other headaches are continuously complicating things for artists everywhere.
At this time, we are not charging shipping until items are in hand. You will be charged a second time once pins get to the HUSTLE and are ready to go. This will hopefully make things a little cheaper, and, if not, will make sure any increases are covered.
Once pins are in hand, you are welcome to request immediate shipment at any time. However, you may incur additional charges.
